Log Kya Kahenge
privacy policy.

This policy explains what information the Android game Log Kya Kahenge (package com.dhrivo.log_kya_kahenge) uses, why, who receives it and the choices you have.

The short version

1. Who we are

Log Kya Kahenge (the “game”) is published by Dhrivo Technologies LLP (“Dhrivo”, “we”, “us”), which is the controller (under India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, the “Data Fiduciary”) for the limited processing described here. Registered office: 266A, Ground Floor, Block QU, DDA Flats, Maurya Enclave, New Delhi 110034, India. Contact: support@dhrivotechnologies.com.

2. The game itself: offline, on your device

The game has no network code of its own and can be played without an internet connection. Everything it keeps is saved in the app’s private storage on your device:

This information never leaves your device through the game and is never sent to us. “Aaj Ka Janam” (the daily life) is calculated from your device’s date; no server is involved.

Sharing. When you tap Share, the game creates a picture (for example your Shok Sandesh or Report Card) and hands it to your device’s share sheet. It goes only where you choose to send it. We do not receive it.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

The game offers rewarded ads only: you may choose to watch an ad to get a “Doosra mauka” bailout. There are no banner ads and no ads you are forced to watch. Ads are served by Google AdMob (the Google Mobile Ads SDK with Google’s User Messaging Platform), provided by Google LLC or, for users in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, Google Ireland Limited. To request, show, measure and protect ads, Google’s software in the app collects and sends to Google:

DataExamplesUsed by Google for
Device identifiersAndroid advertising ID, app set IDAdvertising, ad measurement, fraud prevention
Device and app informationDevice model, operating system version, language, app versionShowing ads that fit the device, advertising, analytics
Approximate locationDerived from your IP address (not GPS)Advertising, fraud prevention, legal compliance
Diagnostics and ad interactionsAd load performance, crash information about the ad software, ad views and tapsAd delivery, measurement, analytics, fraud prevention

This data goes to Google, not to us; we cannot see it or link it to you. Google processes it under its own policies: how Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services and the Google Privacy Policy. The game asks AdMob for ads suitable for teens (maximum ad content rating “T”).

Consent (User Messaging Platform). When the game starts, it runs Google’s User Messaging Platform. Where the law requires it (for example in the EEA, UK and Switzerland, and under some US state privacy laws), you are shown a consent message and can accept, refuse or manage choices for personalised ads. Ads load only after the consent flow allows them, and refusing never blocks the game. Where a consent message applies to you, Settings → Ad privacy settings reopens the consent form at any time.

Advertising ID. You can reset or delete your advertising ID, or opt out of personalised ads, in your device’s Settings → Privacy → Ads (the exact menu depends on your device).

Not watching ads. Ads are optional. You can use the offline bailout tokens instead, or never use bailouts.

4. Purchases (Google Play Billing)

The game sells optional one-time unlocks (God Mode “Janam Chuno” and content packs). Purchases are processed entirely by Google Play under the Google Payments Privacy Notice. Your card, UPI, wallet or bank details are handled by Google and never shared with us. On your device the game receives only the product ID and a purchase token from Google Play, uses them to confirm and acknowledge the purchase, and then keeps only an “unlocked” flag in local storage. We do not run a server, so the purchase token is not sent to us. Google provides us, as the developer, with standard order reports in the Play Console (for example order ID, product, price, country and date). Refunds follow Google Play’s refund policy.

5. No accounts

The game has no sign-up, login or user profile on any server. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, microphone, camera or precise location. Names you see in the game are fictional.

6. When you contact us

If you email support@dhrivotechnologies.com, we receive your email address, your message and anything you attach. We use it only to answer you and keep a record of the request. Our email is hosted by Hostinger.

7. Children

The game is not directed to children under 13 and is intended for players aged 13 and above. It treats themes such as exams, marriage, money, illness and death satirically. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 is using the game and that Google’s ad software has collected data from them, email support@dhrivotechnologies.com and we will help you with the steps to take.

8. Keeping and deleting your data

See also how to delete your data.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live (for example under India’s DPDP Act 2023 or the EU/UK GDPR), you may have rights to access, correct, erase or object to the processing of your personal data, to withdraw consent, to nominate someone to exercise your rights, and to complain to a data protection authority (in India, the Data Protection Board of India). Because the game keeps your data only on your device and sends none to us, you can exercise most of these rights directly: by using Ad privacy settings, by resetting your advertising ID, or by uninstalling the game. For anything else, write to support@dhrivotechnologies.com with “Privacy” in the subject; we will reply within 30 days.

10. Security and transfers

Game data is stored in the app’s private storage, which other apps cannot read. The Google Mobile Ads SDK and Google Play Billing send their data over encrypted (HTTPS) connections. Google may process that data on servers outside your country, under its own safeguards.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change how the game handles data (for example by adding a new SDK), we will update this page and the effective date above before the new version of the game is released, and mention the change in the store’s release notes. If a change requires your consent, the game will ask for it before it applies.
