Jackaroo
terms addendum.

This addendum applies to Jackaroo (جاكارو; Android package and iOS bundle ID com.dhrivo.jackaroo). It adds to our Terms of Use, which apply in full. If this addendum and the Terms of Use conflict, this addendum applies to Jackaroo.

• For ages 13 and up. Jackaroo is a board game for players aged 13 and above.
• A game of skill and luck, not gambling. There are no coins, chips, bets, prizes or purchases, and nothing in the game has money value. Do not use the game, or its room codes, to arrange bets or payments outside it.
• Fair play online. Be respectful to other players. Do not use offensive, impersonating or misleading nicknames, deliberately stall games, flood the server, try to guess other people’s room codes, or interfere with the service. The server removes connections that break its limits, and we may block abuse.
• Online service. Online rooms are provided as is and may be unavailable at times. A server restart or a lost connection can end a game in progress; when a seat is lost, a computer player may finish the game.
• Rules. Jackaroo is played with many local rule variations. The game follows a common Saudi rule set with optional variants; your majlis may play differently.
• Ads. Full-screen Google AdMob ads may appear between games, never during a game. Rewarded ads for optional extras are your choice.
• Saves. Settings, statistics and games in progress are stored only on your device. Uninstalling or clearing the app’s data deletes them, and we cannot recover them.

Privacy: see the Jackaroo privacy policy. To delete your data, see data deletion. Questions: support@dhrivotechnologies.com.
