terms addendum.

This addendum applies to Startup Hustle: Office Tycoon (Android package com.dhrivo.startuphustle, and the iPhone and iPad version when released). It adds to our Terms of Use, which apply in full. If this addendum and the Terms of Use conflict, this addendum applies to Startup Hustle.

• Ads. The free version may show full-screen ads from Google AdMob at natural breaks in play, subject to the privacy choices in Shop → Ad privacy choices.
• Remove Ads. The optional one-time Remove Ads purchase stops ads from being requested. It is licensed to the store account that bought it, can be restored from the Shop after reinstalling, and is non-transferable with no cash value. Refunds follow the store’s refund policy.
• Game cash is not real money. In-game cash, land, staff and office items exist only in the game, cannot be bought or sold for real money, and have no value outside it.
• Fiction. The startup, its employees, clients and jobs are fictional. The game is not business, financial or career advice.
• Saves. Your office is saved on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it, and we cannot recover it.
